Little MG Cookies

Request was for cornflake cookies (100 pkts)...but since i had been down with bad flu and cough last week, I gathered I would not be able to manage making small balls of cookies all by myself, and for 100 pks. So I decided to make just make 100 pieces of cookies and I named it "Little MG cookies". Since I was home with the bad flu, I spent the whole of Sat making 'em. By the time I finished frosting with all the details, it was past midnight and I left it overnight to let the frosting dry out. On Sunday, I packed them into individual packs. See the results...I love them ..(**)...I should get this patented.

Birthday cake for Glen's 21st birthday. Concept of design meant to inspire Glen. The CD was designed by my C, don't you think she did a good job? Wordings were by Glen's dad as he wanted Glen to get the message. I could not have done the CD design any better. Cake was a chocolate and cookies & cream cake for 40 - 50 pax.


Birthday cake for Sarah and Bethany's 9th birthday. 'Twas a chocolate the chocolate cream cake for about 40 pax.

Late posts

Some late posts which I've been asking C to upload for me but as you can see, had not been done. I've finally learnt to upload them myself.

The 1st cake here is a chocolate mousse cake for KFC's sister's birthday. The pineapple tart was for CNY. Bought a new heart shaped mould and tried it out. Quite sweet. Then the Winx club cake with the picture of Stella was for KFC's niece's birthday, and the white and pink cake with the dolly on it is actually a blueberry cheesecake. It was made for the girlfriend of Gerard's classmate. Finally, you can see that the chocolate piece of 'Stella' was being left to dry before it got transferred onto the cake eventually (eh the leg broke in the midst of transportation...sorry KFC).
