

A blueberry crispy crunch cake for Ah Kong's 82nd birthday. The bottom layer is chopped up crispy flakes and for the 2nd layer, I laid a luscious layer of blueberry embedded in rich chocolate ganache. The sides are frosted and coated with chocolate rasps.

Ah Kong was very happy and proud of his birthday cake, especially it was his first time seeing a birthday cake with greetings in chinese wordings. He snapped lots of pictures of his cake and he was all smiles the whole day.
